Wow! I haven't slept since... yesterday!! woe... have i done this before? *concentrates on asking the question to himself* ... Anyway...

University life is killing me! That's part of the reason why i haven't been able to update this site... again. Man, it seems that I'm getting even more little time to update my websites, but guess what I was doing for the past few hours that I was up? I tried to make Syaf Studio 3! (ATLAST!)

Went to watch James Bond Die Another Day yesterday night with the guys. Dude, you have got to watch it! At last a good bond movie! This is definitely the best brosnan series so far. It's full of action pack from the opening scene to the end of the movie!! You won't regret watching it although I think that Halle Berry doesn't quite make a good bond girl but that's a matter of personal opinion.

Back to Syaf Studio 3. I just spent the whole night (or morning) creating a new official logo for Syaf Studio 3. Remember the eye logo for the previous SS website? Well now I made it a bit more simpler - no more real eye. :) Now the logo includes the letter S which acts like a border to the eye logo of the studio. Anyway, on your right is a thumbnail image of the logo I created. I hope you like it. I do! Can you see the eye shape in the middle? That's what I was talking about. Anyway, that's a little preview of what you can expect from the website... if I ever get to finish it this time. :) Let's hope I will and that I can find the time to do so. University life is killing me - not just with studies but with ECAs!

Also, I've been working on the front page of the website and the flash movie after I finished with the logo. That's right! Flash!! I'm going back to flash designing website. Thought I would give Flash MX a try. So don't expect too much. I barely remember how to use Flash! Anyway, like i said just giving you a bit preview on Syaf Studio.

I'm sure most of you have heard of this news and have seen the alert screen if not the email sent by communityzero. It is true that communityzero is introducing their fee paying community to all future and current members starting October 1st. With their recently upgraded CommunityZero to CommunityZero 2.0, restrictions will be placed on for their free Core service that will limit members' access to content and functionality. Members are therefore asked to purchase their Platinum Memberships to access pass these restrictions.

"Fees are being introduced to ensure that the CommunityZero service is supported over the long-term with sufficient resources to ensure ongoing development and operation at a world-class level. Users who do not purchase Platinum Memberships will remain members of the communities that they have joined. As members of the communities, they will continue to receive broadcast emails from the community administrators, and they will also receive periodic updates summarizing community activity if they have subscribed to do so. These members will be able to login to CommunityZero and edit their account information or deactivate their accounts at any time. As well, they will be able to enter the communities they are a part of, and view the What's New and summary pages of each function. However, they will not be able to view content in detail unless they purchase a Platinum Membership to CommunityZero. Later this month, Platinum Membership will be offered for purchase from within the 'My Communities' area of the CommunityZero website." CZ writes.

I've also found out that one of the communityzero members started a petition online to vote against Ramius' decision. If you would love to support him (as do many others) you are most welcome to go to http://www.petitiononline.com/czero/petition.html

Now seriously, if they said 'business are growing rapidly' why the fee and break the heart of thousands of communityzero members? Do you believe them? I obviously find this weird and suspicious. Don't you think something is up?

It's been awhile since i've actually said something for myself rather than posting this site with updates. I was thinking a few days ago how it's hard for me to keep updating this website alone, posting news and information about the technology of the world (or brunei) or anything that involves it. I found out many news and read a lot of articles but was just not able to update this website and post updated news. That's when I came up thinking that I need other journalists other than me to update this website.

As I was saying, we need more journalists - either you write it in english or malay, it does not matter. I am currently thinking of getting my own space on the web but time will tell. I will eventually do that if this website becomes a success but currently, there's just not enough reasons for me to get my own space.

HITB writes "Researchers at the University of Delaware's ACRES program - Affordable Composites from Renewable Sources - have developed a computer processor made from chicken feathers", according to the usually sober Associated Press.

According to chemical engineering professor Richard Wool(!) chicken features are better materials to work with than silicon "because they have shafts that are hollow but strong, and made mostly of air, a great conductor of electricity". In a similar vein, AP reports that the main obstacle to Intel fabs becoming chicken plucking centres is that the "natural bumps and irregularities that come from using an organic base" make feather chips hard to fabricate. The microchip industry depends on materials that are "ultrasmooth and ultraflat", don't you know?"

What am I doing home on a saturday night?? Don't ask...

Anyway, Microsoft has just released Windows XP Service Pack 1 build 1081. What I'm happy about this version is the reason that it updates your Outlook Express with the problems it's been having with crashing a lot when you try to download you mail sometimes. Also, Microsoft is currently working on what could end up being quite a shock for the Windows XP warez world. Microsoft is in the works of completely rewriting the algorithm for the way Windows XP Corporate keys are generated, and is rewriting the code for Windows XP to recognize this new algorithm. It will be an added ‘feature’ of Service Pack 1.

Thanks to my friend e.z.m (as he wants me to refer him), I came across this website which reminds me so much of my 'Syaf Studio' website. It has the same concept, same theme (art and design), same purpose with only a small difference between the two website. Shah Studio is an 'art and design' website by Syahreen.

The website uses flash elements for the title like most websites do nowadays while it loads considerably fast. The layout looks good, although some backgrounds makes text hard to read, and navigating through the website does not give you a hard job. It was design for visitors to view the owners graphic designs and thus it also offers it's own wallpapers section for you to view and download.
